CHINA HUANENG LHASA ZHAXIGANG 100MW PV PREFABRICATED SUBSTATION

This project is a high-altitude photovoltaic project, with a booster station at an altitude of 4500 meters and a maximum altitude of 4908 meters for the transformer equipment.
The high-voltage part of the substation adopts C-GIS solution, effectively reducing the footprint of the substation and lowering the construction difficulty. And it has achieved stable operation of the equipment in ultra-high altitude areas.
After the project is put into operation, the average annual power generation will exceed 150 million kilowatt hours, which can meet the annual electricity demand of more than 50000 households. It can save about 45700 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 125500 tons annually, with significant energy-saving and emission reduction benefits.

CHINA HUANENG 220/35KV TURPANR STEP-UP PREFABRICATED SUBSTATION

The project is located in Toksun County, Turpan City, Xinjiang, with abundant solar and thermal resources and an average annual wind speed of 8 meters per second. The surrounding wind and sand environment is harsh. The 220kV, 110kV, medium voltage, and secondary sections of the entire station are all constructed using prefabricated cabins. The protection level of the TGOOD prefabricated substation is IP55, combined with basic anti sand ventilation technology, effectively avoiding sand and dust erosion; At the same time, in the Turpan region, the summer temperature is relatively high. The prefabricated substation wall panels adopt non-metallic wall panels and air insulation layer zero bridge door panel technology, which eliminates heat conduction and provides a good operating environment for the equipment, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the project.
