Prefabricated Substation
The new generation digital full-scenario prefabricated substation integration solution effectively improves the construction efficiency of new energy power stations by shortening the construction cycle of 110kV/220kV substations to 2-3 months, reduces the footprint by 1/3, and saves investment by 1/4.
Mobile Trailer Substation
The mobile trailer substation, featuring high flexibility, strong environmental adaptability, fast operation and compact design, is the best choice for emergency power supply scenarios.
HV GIS/HGIS
With a full modular design, the 110kV GIS has passed a full set of 40kA type tests by the KEMA Transmission and Distribution Test Center, an international authoritative testing organization in the Netherlands. The 220kV GIS features small size, light weight and high corrosion resistance, making it ideal for demanding outdoor conditions.
Renewable Energy Kiosk
The full range of 33kV Smart Integrated Kiosks, which are fast, compact, intelligent, saving and flexible, has passed the TÜV Rheinland Certification. The Hua-style Kiosk is designed for large-capacity scenarios with O&M requirements.
Multi-Functional Landscaped Prefabricated Distribution E-House
The Multi-Functional Landscaped Prefabricated Distribution E-House, deeply prefabricated in factories, offers a new choice and model for the construction, expansion or renovation scenarios of power distribution rooms in response to the global goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
The exhibition of these series products fully showcases TGOOD’s profound technological accumulation and innovation capabilities in the intelligent manufacturing of power equipment. The integrated service business centered around prefabricated substations provides customers with an EPCO business model of “one-stop full-chain value service”, from the design of the entire prefabricated substation, to equipment integration, system solutions, full-process installation debugging, engineering service, and to intelligent operation and maintenance, allowing customers to fully experience the value of “fast, compact, intelligent, saving and flexible”
Solutions for Five Charging Network Scenarios
Building a New Foundation for Safe Urban Charging
In electric vehicle charging networks, TELD presented solutions for five charging network scenarios, including buses, public fast charging, parks, communities, and logistics. These solutions provide multi-scenario charging options for a wide range of urban vehicles, including buses, logistics trucks, private cars, and commercial vehicles.
MW-Level Intelligent EV Group charging system
Based on the charging network technology architecture, the Megawatt-Level Group Charging System has achieved significant advancements in power pool and charging speed through technologies such as integrated high and low voltage systems, power cascading, and modular power distribution. It intelligently allocates power based on vehicle demand and grid load, while also providing dual safety protections and smart O&M functions. The system enables a power pool sharing capacity of up to 4 megawatts, and supports the maximum output current of 1000A for passenger vehicles, 1600A for commercial vehicles, and 1200A for buses, with a charging efficiency nearly four times higher than traditional fast charging piles.
Microgrid Super Charging Station:PV/Power Storage/Charging/Discharging/Detection
Through the integration of microgrid kiosks, charging and discharging terminals, integrated photovoltaic energy storage and charging canopies, microgrid controllers, and second-life battery storage systems, the technology efficiently aggregates resources such as electric vehicle charging and discharging, distributed photovoltaic generation, conventional energy storage, and second-life battery storage. It allows for the adjustable nature of electric vehicles to better match the disorderliness and volatility of new energy generation, improves the ability to absorb new energy power generation, and reduces marginal costs related to energy storage, thus being a key to building virtual power plants and achieving zero-carbon goals.
