CPECC SHENMU GAS FIELD NATURAL GAS PROCESSING PLANT 110KV SKID-MOUNTED SUBSTATION

This project is the first in the history of CPECC to adopt comprehensive integrated large-scale 110kV substation technology in a natural gas processing plant, providing power to the Jiaxian Block South Natural Gas Processing Plant in the Shenmu Gas Field of Jidong Oilfield. After comprehensive technical exchanges among leaders and experts in the early stage of the project, the construction mode of a skid substation was ultimately chosen. We have set multiple new records for the fastest, smallest footprint, most complete process flow, and highest energy consumption indicators in similar oil and gas field surface construction projects.

CHINA NPC 110/35KV QINHUANGDAO PREFABRICATED SUBSTATION

The project has a tight land occupation, urgent power transmission time, and lack of power transmission procedures. From the initial design approval in June to the construction drawing review in August to the power transmission in November, the TGOOD EPC turnkey project has solved the customer's pain points.

This prefabricated modular substation solution provided by TGOOD for the Shunbei Oil and Gas Field 110kV substation project of Northwest Oilfield Branch. The local construction environment is harsh, on-site construction is difficult, and the construction period is urgent. It is urgent to build a substation to solve the problem of electricity consumption.
