TGOOD Executives Hold Talks with ACWA Power's Global Chief Technology Officer

On April 8, local time, TGOOD Chairman Mr. Yu Dexiang and President Mr. Wang Chao held talks with ACWA Power Global Chief Technology Officer Mr. Bart Boesmans in Dubai, UAE. The two sides exchanged views on the strategic planning for the global energy market and the Middle East market.

Mr. Yu first expressed his appreciation for ACWA Power as a key booster of the world's largest decarbonization plan. At the same time, he introduced the development history of TGOOD Group and the future development plan of TGOOD International, with a focus on the Company's outstanding achievements in prefabricated modular substations and automotive charging networks. He said that the Middle East is one of the most important overseas markets for TGOOD's international business development, showing strong market potential in energy transition and related field construction. TGOOD's prefabricated modular substation and automotive charging network solutions are highly competitive in the market and have broad prospects for future expansion. Their "fast, precise, cost-effective, and flexible" technical features will further help ACWA Power realize the growth path in its future energy strategy.

Mr. Boesmans warmly welcomed the senior management of TGOOD and briefed them on ACWA Power's organizational structure, business model and future development plan. He said that under the strategic background of "Saudi Vision 2030," ACWA Power needs to ensure electricity and water resources in a sustainable, more economical, safer and faster manner. The implementation quality and delivery speed of power solutions are crucial. Mr. Boesmans highly affirmed the performance achievements that TGOOD Group has made in the Middle East in a short period of time, and recognized the application prospects and huge potential of prefabricated modular substation and automotive charging network solutions in overseas markets.
