The 110kV main substation of Zhuma Mountain is located in the northwest corner of Zhuma Mountain Vehicle Base on Line 6. It is the first above ground prefabricated substation of Qingdao Metro. It was successfully powered on on April 26, 2023, marking the completion of single line electrification of the external power supply of the project and laying a solid foundation for the subsequent "electrification" and operation of the entire line. The substation adopts a modular construction mode, fully utilizing the technological advantages of resource conservation, environmental friendliness, modular construction, compactness and flexibility, and fast operation. The construction period is only one fourth of that of traditional substations, fully reflecting the advantages of modular substations such as fast construction cycle, small land area, and optimized environment.
