The China Russia East Pipeline Expansion Project (Qinhuangdao Off load and Clearing Station Compressor Unit Expansion Project) is a key project of the National Development and Reform Commission's oil and gas pipeline network facilities in 2023, and an important component of China's "14th Five Year Plan" major strategic project. In order to ensure the smooth transportation of resources along the China Russia East Line and the security of energy supply in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, and to improve the gas transmission capacity of the China Russia East Line, the expanded Qinhuangdao Off load Compressor Station has a processing capacity of 23.45 billion cubic meters per year and an additional capacity of 63000 kilovolt amperes.
